[#12] Add a H2 port

Hi,

I added a H2 port, mostly copied from the DB2 schema.

Notable differences:

• Triggers have been replaces with the ON UPDATE clause.
• DATE columns have been converted to DATETIME, to match the original MySQL schema.

This schema does not include any stored procedures.
