This pull request sets the compat entry for the BenchmarkTools package to 1.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

The merge conflicts have been resolved. The Project.toml now contains both compat entries (BenchmarkTools = "1" and PyCall = "1") alongside julia = "1.10" (commit b4bfba4).
