Summary
Reverts Phase 0-7-A (PR #239-#244, #249, #250) from main for resource reduction.
Rationale
Phase 0-7-A added a Rust Language Host process + an isolated Extension Host process. These increased memory usage without reducing it. The Language Host ran non-exclusive (alongside tsserver), so it was additive, not replacement. The isolated EH added a second Node.js utility process (+30-50MB).
Direct resource reduction requires Phase 9+ (tsserver complete replacement with exclusive mode), which is a multi-year effort.
Preserved
All code is preserved in tag coderm-language-host-poc for future Phase 9+ (tsserver replacement).
