App to send all Android notification to another phone (iOS OR Android) using Pushover. Create a account on https://pushover.net/ and enter a userid and token in this app and install the Pushover app on the other phone. After installing the App you need to grant notification access permission to the App. Goto Settings->Notifications->Notification access and give permission to Notification2iOS Service.
