The current star history chart is broken because the GitHub stargazer API now restricts anonymous requests, so the SVG fails to render. Migrate the chart endpoint to star-history.dera.page, a token-free mirror that serves the chart reliably.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken and fails to render due to restrictions on the original GitHub stargazer API. This PR moves the chart to a working alternative endpoint so it displays correctly again, with no token or configuration required.
