Syncs timers over MQTT (and formerly HTTP)

This was created to sync timers between devices, since it's a personal peeve that they're not.

Motivation for this was furthered by my development of a voice assistant, and needing a way for it to handle timers.

This is on pause for now, though I may come back to it
