Upgrade the entire codebase to be compatible with the latest Flutter stable (3.x+) and Dart SDK. Refactor and modernize the UI to leverage Material 3 features, including:
- Update all dependencies to the latest versions with null-safety
- Update environment constraints in pubspec.yaml
- Refactor main widgets and example UI to use Material 3 (useMaterial3: true)
- Replace old Material widgets with new Material 3 widgets (FilledButton, modern Card, etc)
- Improve layout, spacing, and padding for a cleaner, more modern look
- Add dark theme support
- Update README and screenshots for the new look
- Test and verify migration (run flutter upgrade, flutter analyze, flutter test)
