Complaint Database for client complaints in C#,ASP.net,Bootstrap descriptionThis quality assurance database is developed on ASP.net, C#, Bootstrap and MS SQL Server. The complete life cycle of this project was handled, implemented and maintained by Me. This application runs on IIS 8 server and is being accessed by on shore as well as off shore team. This application worked on Domain based login. The purpose of this web application was to keep a record of number of complaints received everyday and the action taken along with the resolution status of those complaints.
