Benchmarking improvements: SCD subscriptions and NetRID display providers

While running benchmarker v0.35.0 against a DSS pool (v0.23.0), we identified two potential improvements.

Control implicit SCD subscription creation
With implicit_subscription: {}, the benchmarker omits subscription_id on every operational intent write, causing the DSS to create a new implicit subscription at both Accepted and Activated states.
Could we support creating subscriptions only at activation and reusing the returned subscription_id for subsequent updates?
Support NetRID display provider users
Currently, RID subscriptions are created and deleted during setup and teardown, missing the dynamic subscription churn generated by display providers.
Could we introduce a netrid_dp user that mimics display-provider interactions with the DSS by dynamically creating, updating, and deleting subscriptions, or allowing them to expire?

Both of those sound like reasonable features to me. It would probably be nice to have them in separate Issues to make tracking implementation easier.
