After discussion with @jimchamp I think a great improvement will be for us to store our weights and values in a schema file, similar to our schemata for e.g. editions, works. We'd have a different score card json for each category ([Book Record] Value, Retention, Participation) that solr can read from in one DRY location, and also we can easily look through the commits of a single file and understand / refer back to how the scoring or the model is changing over time. |

@lokesh would you be able to review this file? Is it following our new best practices? Also this one was a bit of a funny one ; it's not really a generic component like "ol-button" or something, so wasn't sure if it should live here in the components dir or with js like ol-search-modal. Thoughts?
