Shorten generated tokens from 30 to 20 characters and tighten the verification window from 1000s back to 60s, matching the values used by the equivalent auth plugin implementation for other LMS platforms.
Standardize on 30 across all LMS plugin implementations instead of 20, since it matches the majority convention and both DB schemas were already sized for 30 characters anyway.
