The CLI/MCP now reports all savings figures annualized: scan summaries carry total_yearly_savings, top-savings rows carry yearly_savings, and findings/tasks carry estimatedYearlySavings / yearlySavings. Update the skill field references and worked examples to quote savings as $X/yr. Costs and budgets stay monthly.

This updates the skill field references and worked examples to quote savings as$X/yr. Costs and budgets stay monthly.Also corrects stale snake_case field names in the fix-findings skill (
estimated_monthly_savings→ the camelCase the MCP output has actually emitted since infracost/cli#195).
