The work on this PR is finished in principle, but I want to polish some code and add extensive documentaiton :)
I can look at the Windows CI after Aug 8.

there you go. I did not verify the changes of src/CMakeLists.txt tho.
Otherwise i fixed a checksum, the VulkanSDK installation (the installer has changed) and other stuff (like reverting some changes of main you did, i guess you had still the old code .).
