debian:buster is end-of-life and its apt repositories are archived, so the runtime stage fails to build from scratch: E: The repository 'http://deb.debian.org/debian buster Release' does not have a Release file. Bump the runtime base image to debian:bookworm (current stable). All runtime packages (ca-certificates, ffmpeg, bash, curl, jq) are available there, and the bridge binary is statically linked (CGO_ENABLED=0), so it runs unchanged. debian:busteris EOL and its apt repos are archived, so the runtime stage no longer builds from scratch — apt bails withdoes not have a Release file. This bumps it todebian:bookworm(current stable). Thegolang:1.24.0build stage is untouched, all the runtime packages (ca-certificates, ffmpeg, bash, curl, jq) are available on bookworm, and the binary is statically linked (CGO_ENABLED=0) so it runs unchanged.Built the full image from scratch on bookworm: apt succeeds, ffmpeg 5.1.9 installs, and the bridge starts and connects.
