- Repairs empty required value[x] choices with a generated CodeableConcept. - Adds focused R4 and R4B unit tests
Remove Quantity comparators from generated Observation.valueQuantity fields because Spark FHIRPath cannot convert comparator-bearing quantities. Add R4, R4B, and R5 regression coverage.
