Wildcard DNS detection and 30 additional takeover fingerprints are new capability, so this is a minor bump. Marks the remaining roadmap items complete and records what is genuinely outstanding: an unrelated open feature PR, performance that is reasoned but unmeasured at scale, and the limits of DNS-only wildcard detection.
