• 💬 Co-led a WhatsApp chatbot for one of Brazil's largest dental care providers. 97k+ user re-engagements in 3 months, 44% faster than phone, +5 NPS points. Featured in an official WhatsApp Business success story.
• 🌱 Owned the frontend architecture of a B2B SaaS for GHG Protocol compliance reporting (Next.js, Zustand, Tailwind). Built ~25 emission calculators that replaced a ~3-hour specialist workflow with a 5-minute self-service flow.
• 🧰 Built entrepta end to end with Claude Code as primary pair: design system, CLI, docs site, accessibility and security hardening.
