Use git-cliff's GitHub integration so the changelog/release Contributors section renders each person as their clickable avatar and @handle linking to their GitHub profile, instead of a plain name. - switch the cliff.toml body to github.contributors with an avatar <img> wrapped in a profile link plus an @handle link - add [remote.github] owner/repo for the integration - pass GITHUB_TOKEN to the git-cliff step so usernames resolve Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
