  • Replace top navigation.tabs with a left-sidebar tree (navigation.expand + navigation.sections + toc.integrate), so all pages are visible on the left instead of just Home + tabs.
  • Rebuild docs on each release (and workflow_dispatch) so the header version refreshes.

Drop navigation.tabs so every page lists in the left sidebar as an
expandable tree (Home, Getting Started, User Guide, Examples, API
Reference) instead of top tabs with a near-empty sidebar. Also rebuild
the docs on each release so the header refreshes.

A cilium can lie against its cell without overlapping it. With
max_distance_um, such a child gets the nearest parent within that
distance -- exact surface distance in µm, anisotropic voxels included,
from the voxels around each such child only -- and a
<parent>_distance_um column. They are flagged with a lower priority
('outside cell #12, 0.8 µm away').
