This PR delivers version 2.15.1, a maintenance release focused on configuration optimization and documentation clarity. The update streamlines Vibe CLI settings, enhances developer guidance in AGENTS.md, and aligns version metadata across project files. A significant cleanup removes the deprecated prompts directory, eliminating 588+ lines of redundant configuration while maintaining full functionality.
