⚡ Bolt: Optimized SongEditor rendering performance

💡 What: Extracted the header and controls sections of the SongEditor into memoized components (SongHeader and SongControls).
🎯 Why: The SongEditor component re-renders on every audio timeupdate (approx 60fps) because it consumes currentTime. This caused unnecessary VDOM diffing for static elements like the header, inputs, and buttons.
📊 Impact: Reduces the "diffing area" of the SongEditor on every frame significantly. Only the AudioPlayer and the top-level container now participate in the update cycle during playback.
🔬 Measurement: Verified that the UI still functions correctly (creating songs, editing title, toggling notes) using Playwright. The number of React reconciliations for static trees should drop to zero during playback.

Extracted `SongHeader` and `SongControls` from `SongEditor.tsx` into separate, memoized components. This prevents the static UI elements (header, controls, stats) from being re-rendered and diffed on every `timeupdate` (frame) during playback, isolating the high-frequency updates to `AudioPlayer` and the `SongEditor` wrapper.
