docs: say who wrote it — TORYU, and the link back (v0.4.1) - #30

The README linked toryu.tokyo in passing, but nothing stated the authorship in
a sentence, and the package metadata carried an alias with no link at all. So
the one direction that existed was the weakest one: a reader (or a retriever)
could not tell that the tool and the music come from the same person.
- `authors = [{ name = "TORYU" }]` and a `project.urls` entry pointing at
toryu.tokyo, so the PyPI page carries the attribution
- one sentence in "Where this came from" naming the author
PyPI metadata is immutable per release, so this only reaches the project page
on the next upload — hence the patch bump. No code changed; 67 tests still pass.
Verified in the built wheel's METADATA: `Author: TORYU` and
`Project-URL: Author, https://toryu.tokyo`.
