With this PR I would like to merge the following modifications:
run_dls2: implement some of the modifications in this PR (just startup order swap), to improve some problems related to the automatic plugins' activationAttitude.idlandAttitude.msg: removing artifacts coming from old fields related to the T265 mounted on AliengoBaseState.idlandBaseState.msg: removing the stance status field. We're keeping it inBlindState.idlandBlindState.msgfor generality, plus there is a topic from the state estimator that publishes the contact state estimated from joint torques (or pressure sensors when available)
