infra/terraform을 앱 저장소 밖으로 뺄지 3라운드 교차검증한 결과를 남긴다. 결론은 미결정 상태이며, 내일 이어서 진행할 시작점까지 포함한다. 핵심은 저장소 경계가 선행 질문에 종속된다는 것이다 — 파생 프로젝트가 terraform을 복제하는가(모델 A) 참조하는가(모델 B). 이게 정해지면 경계는 따라온다. 검증 중 드러난 것: - 위치는 분리의 장애가 아니다. 앱 코드·CI 어디서도 infra/terraform을 참조하지 않고, resource address에 filesystem path가 들어가지 않아 state 이동 비용도 0이다. 게다가 한 번도 apply된 적이 없다. - 같은 저장소에 있는데도 app↔deployment 계약이 이미 어긋나 있다. 소비자 없는 SQS, 빠진 TRUST_PROXY_HOPS, backend 블록 부재, 이미지 전달 경로 없음 — 전부 분리 여부와 무관하게 고쳐야 한다. - compute 축을 ORM 축처럼 다루려 해도 deps에 HCL 파서가 없어 기존 check:scaffold 검증 기계를 재사용할 수 없다. db_engine drift가 조용히 어긋난다고 본 초기 판단은 틀렸다. env.validation.ts가 부팅을 거부한다. 다만 CI가 terraform을 돌리지 않으므로 발견 시점은 분리 여부와 무관하게 ECS task 기동 시점이다. 루트는 README/CLAUDE/AGENTS만 두는 구성이라 docs/를 새로 만들었다.
