Architecture V2 modernization and hardening of Discussion Boards based on the consolidated architecture and reliability review in issue #1. This milestone tracks the transition from the legacy snapshot-based state model to a robust Qortium-native architecture, including: * authoritative entity ownership and state integrity; * authenticated reactions; * Qortium native polls; * moderation and role authorization; * delegated role registry persistence; * accurate restricted-access semantics; * verified QORT tip references; * scalable QDN pagination and rebuildable indexes; * hardened Qortium bridge and large-file publication; * dependency, quality, localization, and release readiness work. The existing production state will be preserved as the legacy reference point before Architecture V2 implementation begins.
