[minor] Option to exclude Applications PVC backup and restore and other fixes

• Option to include/exclude Apps' PVC backup and restore in B&R pipelines and interactive/noninteractive modes
• Fixes to the custom storage class fields passed to Facilities app task

Note:
If user excludes PVC backup and during restore they forgetfully choose to include PVC, the code will look for the pvc backup data in the archives and skips pvc backup if its absent without breaking the flow.
