gitops-efs and gitops-deprovision-efs updated to provision/deprovision EFS instance for Monitor Changes in gitops_suite_app_config are a workaround for now as Monitor StorageClass name is not yet configurable: - StorageClass name not read from appws spec (because it's not there yet) - instead, hard-coded to always use generated(efs) for now - generated StorageClass name always "efs" (as currently required by Monitor) https://jsw.ibm.com/browse/MASCORE-14491
