chore: remove stale Cursor-era artifacts (.cursor-plugin, agents/) - #143
Removes leftover Cursor-era directories that are inert on the Hermes portable path. The converter already drops these during conversion, and bans.py lists them as root tooling dirs.
Removed the editor plugin configuration and two bundled AI agent instruction sets. These tools and their associated guidance are no longer included.
Documentation
Clarified that the package is Hermes-native and does not include the Cursor integration. Cursor users are directed to install the upstream plugin for Cursor-side functionality. Updated the package’s generated documentation to reflect this guidance.
• Remove Cursor plugin metadata and two agent definitions unused by the Hermes portable package.
• Keep the repository aligned with the converter’s existing exclusion of Cursor-only artifacts.
Removing the checked-in artifacts matches the converter’s existing Hermes-only output. Retaining them for Cursor dual-loading was considered, but would work against the stated cleanup; no runtime replacement is needed.
The change deletes the Cursor plugin manifest and two agent instruction files. The README and generated README now describe the repository as Hermes-native and direct Cursor-side users to upstream pstack. The provenance timestamp and converter hash prefix are updated.

iap/pstack-hermes#110: PR #110 changes the converter to omit agents/ and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json; this PR removes the remaining copies.
iap/pstack-hermes#112: PR #112 excludes agents/ and .cursor-plugin/ from package scans; this PR removes those artifacts.
iap/pstack-hermes#109: PR #109 proposes removing Cursor dual-loading; this PR removes the Cursor manifest and agent instructions.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 39934
The package is now Hermes-only, but contributor instructions still require the deleted Cursor artifacts. Align those instructions to avoid misdirecting maintainers.

observed — tools (service) was modified; 1 changed file maps to changed impact.
observed — agents (service) was modified; 2 changed files map to changed impact.
observed — README.md (service) was modified; 1 changed file maps to changed impact.
Before / after behavior
observed — Modified behavior in README.md: The README removes the claim that agents/ and .cursor-plugin/ remain in the tree for structural Cursor compatibility, and now describes the tree as Hermes-native only while directing Cursor-side users to upstream pstack.
observed — Modified behavior in agents/comment-sicko.md: The Comment Sicko agent instructions were deleted, including its comment-removal rules, retention exceptions, review procedures, reporting requirements, and prohibition on editing application code.
observed — Modified behavior in agents/poteto-agent.md: The poteto-agent routing configuration, background-agent setting, and instructions for reading poteto-mode and navigating to applicable principle skills were removed.
observed — Modified behavior in tools/convert.py: The README no longer describes agents/ and .cursor-plugin/ as retained for Cursor dual-load; it now states that the tree is Hermes-native only and points Cursor-side users to upstream pstack.

Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Update the provenance notes.
The generated provenance still says agents/ and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json are retained for Cursor dual-load. Those claims contradict the removed files and the updated README. (raw.githubusercontent.com) Update these notes and rebuild the package.
As per coding guidelines: “change the converter and rebuild.”
