Direct existing users to SimStore → Check for Updates… and describe the Terminal command as a first installation or manual reinstall. Remove the unused /tmp/SimStore.app cleanup and delete the downloaded archive after successful extraction.
Validation: all 17 release/version Python tests passed, including nightly and stable release instructions. The generated installation command also passed shell syntax validation with sh -n.
