Closing the last SimStore window now quits the app instead of leaving its process running in the Dock. Connects an AppKit application delegate to the SwiftUI app to handle termination after the last window closes.
Adds a lifecycle regression test that creates and closes a real window using the production delegate. The process must exit normally before the test timeout.
Validation: Release build and all three CTests passed locally, covering app launch, termination after closing the last window, and bundle metadata.
