Add Shut Down actions to the simulator summary and device details. Each action targets its device's UDID, shows progress, and reports failures. Track power transitions across device selection changes and prevent duplicate requests or stale scans from re-enabling app actions.
Disable shutdown while app operations or queued updates are active on that device. Include English and Simplified Chinese translations and tests for concurrent devices, refresh races, failures, cancellation, and native button behavior and sizing.
Validation: Debug and Release builds, all 21 Release CTest checks, the Debug preview test, and strict swift-format lint passed. App launch and window checks passed. No iOS Simulator runtime is installed locally, so shutdown of a live simulator still needs verification.
