Summary

• remove GitHub Packages .npmrc routing for @i365dev packages
• remove GitHub Packages registry/token setup from CI
• refresh lockfile to resolve CraftDAG packages from public npm

• npm install @i365dev/craftdag-core@0.1.4 @i365dev/craftdag-exporter-schem@0.1.4 from public npm in a temp directory
