docs: add screenshots and a Roadmap section - #45
Merged
Conversation
The README had zero visuals for a genuinely visual product (kanban board, SVG org map, dashboard) — for a repo someone lands on for three seconds before deciding whether to look further, that's the highest- leverage gap left. Added seven captioned screenshots covering the onboarding screen, the collapsed-by-default dashboard, an expanded task list, the map view, Team Manager's workload dashboard, the work order kanban, and the Portfolio tab showing the lease/delinquency chips and document links added earlier this session — all captured against the real running app with the demo company loaded, not mocked up. Also added a Roadmap section: what's actually shipped and tested vs. what's next (real notifications, file uploads instead of links, rent-roll reports, Team Sync merge conflicts) vs. what's further out and not committed to (tenant portal, real user accounts). This is the "here's a POC, here's where it's going" framing for anyone evaluating it or watching a walkthrough, instead of leaving people to guess what counts as a known limitation versus an oversight.
