Looks large bc of photot changes,
Prod need files added (EX: robots.txt),
Final mobile polish,
Subteam page content changes otherwise.

This PR merges only the website assets and content changes from
feat/image-resize-scriptsintomain. It excludes the Python image conversion/renaming tooling so the PR stays limited to web files.
