Use
adlc-policy-contractconsistently across the repository profile, ordinary and protected-refresh CI, delivery controller, documentation, and both Pages publication gates. Retire the temporary legacy check producers after the native bridge established successful protected-main checks.Pages still requires the same strict, app-bound, squash-only protection policy. This change updates its pinned policy digests for the native context without broadening authorization.
