Startup ping looped over every configured connection to refresh its remote identity, but non-active connections' identity has no UI consumer (app:connections filters the summary to the active connection, and the connection schema carries no user field) — the persisted identity was only used to prewarm an adapter cache that is refreshed anyway when the connection becomes active. Pinging them just added startup network requests and, for an unreachable/misconfigured connection, a WARN on every launch for a connection not in use. Narrow ping() to the active connection only; switching the active connection still re-pings via the settings-save path (reconfigure -> ping), so on-demand identity refresh is preserved. Add two optional settings under Settings → Agent → Strategy that control how AI code suggestions are written and how they land in a review-draft comment: - code_suggestion_spec: free-text guidance injected as extra_instructions for /improve, /review and /ask to shape each suggestion's structure (e.g. Problem / Analysis / Suggestion). A soft constraint the model generally follows; /describe is excluded. - code_suggestion_layout: a deterministic markdown template for the draft comment, with <TITLE> / <SUGGESTIONS> / <HOME> / <PR> / <MODEL> placeholders. If it contains <SUGGESTIONS> it is the full body, otherwise it is prepended as a prefix. Empty falls back to a default layout (a linked "AI suggestion" label + model name above the body), replacing the previous plain "[AI suggestion]" prefix. Both are edited in a shared nested modal (textarea, placeholder shows the actual default). The project home URL is consolidated into a single PRODUCT_HOME_URL constant in @meebox/shared, also used by the About page. i18n added for all four locales; config-reference guide (EN + ZH) and CHANGELOG (EN + ZH) updated. Sync CHANGELOG.md / CHANGELOG.zh-CN.md into the VitePress site (EN root at /changelog, zh at /zh/changelog) through the existing sync-docs pipeline: the language-switcher line is stripped and escaping links (LICENSE / NOTICE) are rewritten to absolute GitHub URLs, same as the guide. Adds a Changelog nav entry per locale and gitignores the generated pages. The download page's "Release notes" link now points at the on-site changelog (per locale) instead of the GitHub release page. First step toward internationalizing release notes: the site becomes the real bilingual venue (VitePress i18n renders per-locale and adapts to the visitor's locale), so the GitHub Release can later drop to a single language and link here. The design-stance headline dropped its article to sit parallel with its
siblings ("Rules stay local", "Data stays local", "Data stays local" on the
site cards) and read as a crisper keyword. Applied uniformly across the
surfaces where it is a headline/slogan:
- README.md stance bullet
- website hero tagline (index.md)
- HomeFeatures.vue feature-card title
Left as-is where it is running prose with an article (SOUL.md, autopilot
diagram) and the arch glossary entry that governs that prose usage. The
Chinese mirrors are article-less already, so no change there.

docs: tighten the "Human decides" stance headline
The GitHub Release body now links to *this version's* section on the website
changelog instead of the changelog top. The anchor is stable and
date-independent:
- sync-docs.mjs injects a `{#v<version, dots→hyphens>}` custom anchor onto each
version heading in the synced site copy (GitHub's CHANGELOG stays clean).
- release.yml builds the same slug from the tag and fills RELEASE_NOTES.md's new
`%%CHANGELOG_URL%%` placeholder → `changelog#v0-10-0`.
packaging-release.md documents the rule (English Release notes + per-version
deep-link to the bilingual website changelog). Verified: the built site emits
`id="v0-9-0"` etc. for both locales.
