Remove the redundant "项目定位" and "高层视角" framing (both covered by the README pointer and the intro), and drop settled/deprioritized rows from the risk table: large-PR / large-repo (not being considered now), the JSON-vs- SQLite item (decided: keep JSON), and pr-agent output-format breakage (its maintenance runbook is already codified in AGENTS.md + arch). Record the brand website + bilingual docs as a delivered capability. Renumber sections and fix stale flat arch/*.md links to the new subdirectory layout (02-agent/ · 99-core/). Move ROADMAP.md from Chinese to English single-language, consistent with the project's anglicization of contributor-facing surfaces (development docs, CONTRIBUTING, commits/PRs). Update the doc-language policy in AGENTS.md accordingly: ROADMAP joins the English single-language group; only docs/arch/ stays Chinese as internal design-reasoning notes.
