Scope
Integrate Slateframe's fixed-branch work on responsive controls, RTL/CJK, Gutenberg/Portfolio Core Query Loop parity, Photography/Core Lightbox, reproducible release and real WordPress/Chromium screenshot evidence.
Current exact HEAD
a6477b3c14dba23b9c44eae6e4f4a42a4b0a9cbaNew in this HEAD: bounded WordPress Core download retries for all five install paths; guard real Gutenberg authentication against login navigation event races by using the page context's shared request and cookies. Preserve the actual WordPress login, signed session check, exact editor post ID and non-empty Gutenberg block state. Reject non-loopback fixtures and unexpected redirects before transmitting CI credentials. Add Node/Python contract tests wired into Static quality.
