Addresses external review feedback: safe path handling (--/canonical), null-safe find loops, resource limits (prune vendor dirs, no symlink follow, skip >5MB, document timeout), truncation counts, enforced shellcheck (errors block; drop apt-get), per-fixture category assertions in the benchmark (10/10 correct-category recall), and docs synced to 14 categories with a note that the shell scanner does no online research. Also fixes a real bug: section 13 hidden-unicode was silently skipped and false-positived on binary images. Deferred to follow-ups: JSON output mode, Gitleaks CI step, signed releases.
