Add NotNaked cold-start bootstrap flow

Summary

• Adds a cold-start NotNaked bootstrap flow for ~/Documents/github, including source checkout state, private repo access diagnostics, archive fallback/import, and real-clone upgrade paths.
• Adds readiness/objective audit endpoints for Java 11, MySQL, Solr, Moqui, required NotNaked components, PWA shells, backend env config, and representative PWA data APIs.
• Aligns the NotNaked runtime target to maarg-docker-config/myaddons.xml oms-suite components and prunes stale component symlinks during bootstrap.
• Adds CLI helpers and self-check/test coverage for bundle requests, gitless clone auth, PWA dependency bridging, and readiness reporting.

Verification

• pnpm test
• pnpm pack --dry-run
• Local objective audit: 12/12 passing with 13 active oms-suite components, MySQL, Solr, Moqui, and 5 PWA app shells/data probes.
