Adds v1.13 message reactions to the real-time-chat example, including history loading with expanded reactions, live add/remove handling, and hover/tap reaction UI. Updates the example README and How It Works page with the required react and hotsock.messageReaction echo claims. Removes the stale tracked static/demos real-time-chat bundle and includes small formatting cleanups in docs/banner/manifest files. Verified with npm run lint and npm run build in examples/real-time-chat.
