First pass building a lightweight server that returns dynamic addresses from a user set extended public key, as well as an SVG QR code of the address.

cd donation-server
node server.js
Then visit http://localhost:4000/ in your browser to see the JSON response. Refresh to get a new address.
You can also open the static example-ui.html file in your browser to see an example UI that retrieves/displays the data from the endpoint.
