• support safe multi-version movie naming with editable labels and shared movie.nfo metadata
• group loose root-level versions by TMDB ID or title and year
• preserve version sidecar ownership while excluding trailers, extras, multipart files, and unsafe ambiguities
• document the workflow and add backend/frontend regression coverage
