Summary

• Follow-up to the beta.13 behavior: episodes missing from the TMDB season list are renamed as usual (video + companion assets keep their planned renames); only the per-episode NFO/thumbnail generation is skipped
• skipped_episodes on the plan and the episodes_skipped warning still record and surface what was left without metadata; zh/en copy updated ("缺少元数据的剧集" / "Episodes without metadata")

Test plan

• Updated service test asserts renames survive (6/6), artifacts only for matched episodes, warning added, plan stays ready
• Backend: go test ./... 12/12 ok, go vet, gofmt clean; frontend: tsc, 17 vitest tests, vite build pass
