Wraps the relocated MasterDnsVPN client (hiddifydeveloper/MasterDnsVPN, fork of masterking32/MasterDnsVPN with client packages moved out of internal/ for external import) as a second DNS-tunnel outbound alongside DNSTT, giving a fallback when one DNS-tunnel method is fingerprinted/blocked.
