Adds a "Why this fork exists" section to the README documenting the diff vs upstream
dpa99c/cordova-diagnostic-plugin7.2.3— module disabling (Camera/Notifications/Microphone/Contacts/Calendar), a Bluetooth ClassCastException fix, and the removed postinstall script. Matches the fork-labeling convention applied across the other herdwatch-apps forks.
