This commit introduces the `tracing-scribe` library, a `tracing- subscriber` layer for enhanced console logging. Key features include: - Hierarchical, colorful output for spans and events with status icons. - Automatic duration tracking for spans. - Error propagation: child span failures mark parent spans as failed. - A `console!` macro for simplified event logging and `Result` handling. - Customizable color schemes and status icons.
