Also fyi, the Docker pipeline only tests stretch_new_user_install.sh, I haven't added any tests for the scripts covered in this PR. We could also make the pipeline smarter so it only runs things related to the changes, but I kind of like it running everything to sanity check? |

the cleanup script that i have in production has changed a little, so i will update this script accordingly

Since all Python libraries ship via PyPi and the ros2 workspace lives in ~/ament_ws, there's no reason to clone codebases to the ~/repos folder.
