Summary

Adds containerization and automated CI/CD for comms-demo:

  • Dockerfile: multi-stage build with CGO support for sqlite, runs on :7765 with healthcheck
  • docker.yaml: publishes multi-arch images (amd64/arm64) to ghcr.io/helixml/comms-demo on main/tags
  • ci.yaml: runs fmt-check + vet + lint + test on every PR, gates commits with quality checks
  • .dockerignore: keeps build context lean

Container builds on PRs (verify only), pushes on main and version tags. All workflows use GHA caching for speed.

- Multi-stage Dockerfile for containerized deployment to GHCR
- docker.yaml: builds multi-arch images (amd64/arm64), pushes on main/tags
- ci.yaml: fmt-check + vet + lint + test on every PR and push to main
- .dockerignore: excludes build context noise

Enables end-to-end container builds with automated quality gates.
golangci-lint-action@v6 resolved 'latest' to v1.64.8, which predates the
v2 config schema declared in .golangci.yml and was built with Go 1.24
(below the project's Go 1.25.4). Bumping the action to v9 and pinning
the linter to v2.11.4 — matches the locally-verified version.
The .golangci.yml declares version: "2" but kept linters-settings at the
top level (v1 layout). golangci-lint run tolerates this; the v9 action's
explicit `config verify` step does not. Moving the block under
linters.settings, matching the placement of formatters.settings.
