This is a backwards compatible change - behaviour remains unchanged when it's run with default variables. However this allows uninstalling or reinstalling ffmpeg and ffprobe when variables reinstall_ffmpeg or uninstall_ffmpeg are set to 'true' wither in `vars` section of the playbook or via extra vars e.g. --extra-vars "reinstall_ffmpeg=true"
